Detailed information regarding the remunerations the clients pay to the agency for the services provided.
Remunerations from property owners (upon sale or rent)
1. From sellers – commission 3%, calculated on the actual sale price of the estate but not less than EUR 1,500.00. When the real estate is sold without any commission for the buyer, the commission for the seller is 6%, but not less than EUR 3,000.00. The commission remuneration is paid in full when signing the preliminary sales agreement or when signing the notary deed if a preliminary agreement is not signed.
2. From lessors – commission 50% calculated on the cost of the first month’s rent of the property. The commission is paid upon signing the Lease Agreement of the particular property.
Remunerations from buyers or lessees
1. From buyers – commission 3%, calculated on the actual sale price of the property but not less than EUR 1,500.00. When the real estate is sold without any commission for the buyer the buyer pays only a fee for servicing the deal – EUR 250.00. The commission remuneration (fee) is paid in full when signing the preliminary sales agreement or upon signing the notary deed if a preliminary agreement is not signed.
2. From lessees – commission 50%, calculated on the cost of the first month’s rent of the property. The commission is paid upon signing the Lease Agreement of the particular property.
Remuneration for additional services
1. Declaring a real estate at the Tax Service and the Cadastre Service, transfer of public utilities bills on the name of the buyer – EUR 40.00.
2. Consultation for the real estate market in the region of Sandanski - EUR 10.00/hour (not paid by clients of the agency with signed intermediary agreement).
3. Inspection of ownership documents and organising the notary certification of the property deals in the region of Sandanski, Petrich and Melnik for clients without signed intermediary agreement – 1% of the actual sale price of the property but not less than EUR 300.00.
4. Preparation of the set of documents for renting of property in the region of Sandanski, Petrich and Melnik for clients without signed intermediary agreement – 10% of the rental price but not less than EUR 50.00.
